It is a requirement of Gordonvale Scout Group (the market conveners) that all stallholders must have a current and valid Public Liability Insurance policy.
You must provide a copy of your “Certificate of Currency” when booking a stall, and you will be asked to provide a new copy when your current policy expires.

We are aware that many market conveners allow stallholders to pay extra and purchase Public Liability for the day. However we are unable to provide this service at this time.
We require you to have your own insurance policy.
Do you have powered sites?
Yes we do have powered sites, but demand for these sites is high.
You are welcome to request a powered site, and we will try our best to get you one, but we make no promises.
Can I leave my car at my stall?
Some of our stall sites on the outer edge of Norman Park do have space to keep a car behind your stall, but most stall sites require you to unload your wares and then move your vehicle off Norman Park and into the allocated parking space.
Where do I park my car?
Stallholders’ vehicles must be parked in Mill Street behind the tennis courts. Do not park in the car parks surrounding Norman Park, or your customers will have no parking and you will have no business.
What do I do if I can't make it to the markets?
If you had a stall booked but are now unable to make it, please call us on 0407 129 656 and let us know.
What happens during bad weather?
A cyclone risk is the only weather event that will, for obvious reasons cause the markets to be cancelled.
In the event of heavy rain (which is common early in the year) leading up to or on the day, Gordonvale Scout Group reserve the right to restrict vehicle access to Norman Park. This is to prevent damage to the grounds caused by vehicle access.
If you are unsure please call 0407 129 656 and we will happly let you know what is happening.
